Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive for our Waterproofing Chemical Division. This role requires a Mid-Level professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in the waterproofing chemical industry. As a Senior Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our waterproofing chemical business in Andheri, Maharashtra, India. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in the waterproofing chemical industry, preferably in a sales or business development role. Strong knowledge of waterproofing chemical products and technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated and target-driven. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Building Material Industry Knowledge - Construction Chemical, Pipe, Door, Tiles, Chemicals Division (If knowledge can negotiate package). Roles And Responsibilities Manage and oversee the entire Waterproofing Chemical Division, including sales, marketing, and operations. Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify potential new business opportunities. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for presentation to senior management. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding waterproofing chemical products. Stay updated on the latest developments and advancements in waterproofing chemical technologies. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.,
