Job Description
- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and tutorials to undergraduate and graduate students.
- Develop and update course syllabi, materials, and learning activities that align with academic standards and promote critical thinking.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and feedback to students to help them achieve their full potential.
- Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

- Assist in the recruitment and mentoring of junior faculty and teaching assistants.

- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, offering guidance on academic progress, career planning, and personal development.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Address student concerns, provide academic counseling, and offer feedback on student performance.
- Engage in outreach activities to promote the university and its programs to external stakeholders, such as industry, government, and alumni.
- Foster relationships with industry partners and academic institutions for collaborative research and knowledge transfer.
