- Job Description for Manager - S&C GN - CDI Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead and oversee projects in Generative AI, Data Science, and Advanced analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science methodologies, with hands-on expertise in Spark, Python, and building and fine-tuning AI/ML models. Proficiency in data analysis, model development, and optimization is essential, as well as expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus, though not essential. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data science, excellent leadership, and communication skills, and the ability to drive project success while enhancing data-driven business processes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee projects related to Generative AI, Data Science, and advanced analytics, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with business goals. Create and implement data-centric solutions to optimize business processes and improve decision-making across functions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to drive project success and integrate AI and data science solutions into operations. Use Spark and Python to perform advanced data analysis, develop AI/ML models, and implement machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems. Develop clear, concise presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Utilize tools like Tableau or Power BI to create impactful visualizations that simplify complex data and drive actionable insights (Optional) Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns proactively. Qualifications: Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models, with a strong foundation in data science techniques. Strong technical skills in Spark and Python for data processing, analysis, and model development. Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively through Excel, with excellent PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations. Familiarity with visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI to create clear and impactful visual representations of data (Optional) Demonstrated ability to lead teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage client expectations. Ability to dissect complex problems and develop data-driven solutions that drive business value. Experience in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and project success. Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Strong aptitude for solving complex data science challenges, with a focus on actionable business insights. Awareness of current trends and best practices in AI, machine learning, and data science across industries. Previous experience working in a consulting environment, with a strong focus on client-facing roles and delivering tailored solutions.,
