Job Summary: We are seeking for a versatile and client-focused Machine Learning and Generative AI Engineer. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI/ML to design and deliver innovative solutions for diverse clients across industries. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing custom AI strategies, and implementing scalable models to address unique business challenges. Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced machine learning pipelines for tasks including classification, regression, NLP, and computer vision. Utilize cutting-edge techniques such as GPT, VAE, GANs, and convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to develop and train generative AI models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, groom and preprocess large datasets, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Research and implement the latest algorithms and architectures for generative AI, staying at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference, ensuring efficient deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure. Develop, maintain, and enhance AI pipelines, covering data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation. Provide technical expertise and mentorship, supporting the integration of AI solutions into products and services, and guiding junior team members. Create comprehensive documentation and presentations to communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Extensive experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and languages (Python). Proven track record of developing and implementing machine learning and generative AI models in a production environment. Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture. Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. Experience with database management, large-scale data handling, and cloud-based deployment of AI models.,
