Job Description
- Customer Outreach: Visit potential customers in your assigned area to introduce and sell financial products (loans, insurance, investment options, etc.).
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Target Achievement: Meet sales targets by converting leads into customers.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the products you are selling and explain them clearly to customers in simple terms.
- Market Feedback: Share customer feedback with the team to help improve services.
- Report to Manager: Regularly update your sales activities, performance, and insights.
- Sales Experience: Experience in field sales, especially in BFSI, is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Ability to talk confidently with customers and explain products in an easy-to-understand way.
- Self-Motivated: Take initiative and stay focused on targets.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market and customer needs is an advantage.
