Job Description


We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Care Executives for our BPO operations in Gurgaon. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction via calls, emails, or chat. Candidates must have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to rotational shifts. Freshers and experienced professionals are welcome. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred. Prior experience in BPO/customer service is a plus.

Skills Needed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
Adaptability to rotational shifts.


Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, or chats.
Resolve issues and provide accurate solutions promptly.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow standard operating procedures and escalate unresolved issues to higher authorities.
Meet quality and productivity targets as per company standards.
