Job Description
- Location: Survey No. 658/2, Village Bagodara, Near Toll Tax, Limdi Highway Taluka - Bavla, Dist. - Ahmedabad Bagodra - 382230 Position: Electrical Engineer Education: ITI Electrical or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Experience: 2-3 years in a factory or manufacturing job Responsibilities: As an Electrical Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: 1. Maintenance and Repair: - Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. - Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including malfunctioning machinery, equipment, and wiring. - Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety standards and company regulations. 2. Installation and Upgrades: - Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems. - Read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics for installation purposes. - Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems. 3. Troubleshooting: - Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devices, such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes. - Resolve issues related to electrical control systems, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and motor controls. 4. Preventive Maintenance: - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation. - Monitor and maintain electrical systems to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. 5. Compliance and Safety: - Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing electrical work. - Ensure all electrical installations meet national and local electrical codes and standards. - Participate in safety audits and inspections, and report any hazards or non-compliance issues. 6. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and equipment inventories. - Provide regular reports to the maintenance manager on the status of electrical systems and equipment. 7. Team Collaboration: - Work closely with other maintenance team members to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility. - Assist in training junior technicians or apprentices as required.
