Job Description
- We Are Hiring A Procurement Engineer - Electrical Engineer Experience Required: 03 To 05 Years Experience In Procurement Into Transformer, HT, LT Panels, Substation, Cabling, etc. Educational Qualification: Diploma/ Degree In Electrical Engineering Only. CTC: Rs. 4.20LPA To Rs. 5.40LPA Job Role & Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate with Procurement Manager for new projects, takeover of all documents such as BOQ, Technical Specs, Sales order, PO from client, etc. 2. In-depth study of all the data received from the sales team for technical feasibility & loopholes if any. 3. Meet with PM, Sales team, project team & Directors for queries. 4. Co-ordinate with PM for finalized Manufacturers of particular BOQ items. 5. Float inquiries to all vendors from the database & also to vendors shared by the sales team. 6. Collect all technical datasheets from vendors & share the data with the project team for technical approval. 7. Prepare comparison statement for all items as per BOQ (according to offers received from vendors) & submit it to PM for review. 8. Schedule meetings with vendors for technical & commercial feasibility. 9. Negotiate with Vendors in the loop with PM. 10. Prepare the LOI after finalization. 11. Find new vendors & update the vendor database. 12. Update inventory of materials, tools & tackles, etc. (Available in store) in coordination with storekeeper & report to PM, Project Head & Directors as & when required. Skills Required: 1- Should possess sound technical know-how in Process, Industrial, and Commercial projects, for both HT and LT lines with private and public sector undertakings. 2- Posses excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills. 3- Work independently and develop customer-focused solutions. 4- Quickly executed to changing business conditions. 5- Ability to manage multiple projects with good business sense. 6- Good Communication skills in English & other regional languages.
