Ltd. is looking for a Manufacturing or Production Chemist who can be part of a team of specialists functioning and to contribute the overall efficient for manufacturing of the products according to the batch planning and handle the manpower. Candidate should have the manufacturing knowledge on Hair Shampoo, Hair Conditioner, Skin & Hair Gel, Peel off Mask, Clay Mask, Body Lotion, Hair & Face Cream, All Scrubs, Face Wash, Body Wash, Skin & Hair Serum, Hand Made Soap, Noodle Base Soap, Sanitizer, Aerosol etc., Responsibilities: (a) Maintain laboratory safety standards (b) Write, review and approve production batch as well as Pilot batches procedures, protocols and specification (c) Work with Floor assembly and QC team to help troubleshoot production batches (d) Interact with Purchase, Stock, Manufacturing, Packing line and QA/QC Department (e) Coordinating with Development and Store RM department for formulation and RM Dispensing (f) Manage the manufacturing of multiple products simultaneously and be comfortable in a fast paced multi-tasking environment (g) Ability to discuss complex technical concepts with maintenance team (h) Ability to effectively prioritize and complete high quality projects amidst tight timelines and competing deadlines (i) Follow GMP rules, Documentation (Maintain BPRs, Equipment Logbooks, Cleaning records) as per the procedure (j) Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions (k) Documents production by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches (l) Planning and scheduling of work at batch processing, manpower machinery. Required skill: (a) Must Need Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Excel & Word (b) Good time management and communication skill (c) Proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in Pharma or cosmetics industry Functional Area: Manufacturing Perks and Benefits: Salary No Bar for Right Candidates.
