Source and screen potential physician candidates, establishing rapport through phone calls and emails. Present the features of available opportunities, discuss compensation, and prepare candidates for interviews. Communicate opportunity details and address inquiries effectively. Drive marketing initiatives targeted at physicians. Oversee the recruitment process from beginning to end. Investigate and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally. Consult with clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure their needs are met. Offer recommendations to support clients" successful candidate searches. Collaborate with medical schools, academic institutions, and teaching hospitals. Maintain consistent communication, providing feedback and reports throughout the recruitment process. ## Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience is required. Experience in sales, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling is necessary. Consultative sales experience is a desirable addition. Willingness to travel up to 25%. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
