Job Description

To achieve Inpatient admission Targets from High Class Society. Ensure effective, branded marketing communications including the company website, social media, print communication and advertising. To achieve Inpatient admission Targets from Middle Class Society. To develop a network of Liaoning clinics at other hospitals. To meet doctors for referral of clients. Plan events for important dates in healthcare settings, exhibitions and trade shows. Doing creation and delivery of press releases, advertisement and other marketing materials in line with marketing plans. Drive overall CRM(Client Relationship Management) and direct marketing. Anlyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. Demonstrate familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR,written content, website development and market research. Maintain high level of knowledge of Mind Plus group services. Develop monthly/quarterly marketing plans to achieve company objectives. Research and evaluating new opportunities for the business, and customer needs and insights. Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
