Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for testing and validating facial recognition and liveliness check systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with security and usability standards. This role involves designing and executing test plans, analysing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the product's performance. Key Responsibilities: Preferred Skills: Experience with computer vision algorithms and image processing. Familiarity with privacy and ethical guidelines related to biometric data. Knowledge of liveliness detection techniques, such as motion analysis and depth sensing. Test Planning and Execution: Design comprehensive test plans for facial recognition and liveliness detection systems. Develop and execute manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality under diverse conditions. Simulate various real-world scenarios to assess the accuracy, robustness, and usability of the system. Performance Analysis: Analyze system responses, identify discrepancies, and ensure alignment with expected outcomes. Perform regression testing to ensure no degradation in performance with updates. Evaluate system behaviour under edge cases, such as varying lighting, angles, and diverse demographic features. Data Collection and Annotation: Collaborate in gathering diverse datasets to improve algorithm training and testing. Annotate and preprocess data for testing purposes, ensuring quality and accuracy. Issue Tracking and Reporting: Document and report bugs, performance issues, and anomalies with detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce. Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve identified issues. Compliance and Standards: Ensure the system adheres to privacy, security, and ethical AI standards. Test for compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure product quality. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving system performance and user experience. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years in software testing, preferably with experience in biometric or facial recognition systems. Hands-on experience with tools for automated testing, data annotation, and analysis. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Knowledge of machine learning concepts and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus. Experience with testing tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., Selenium, JIRA). Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
