Your Role: As an ERPNext Sales Executive/Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our SaaS-based ERP solutions. Your primary focus will be on identifying and nurturing B2B opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Sales Strategy: Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and outreach. Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to target key industries and markets. Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline in CRM tools. Client Engagement and Sales Closing: Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations to understand client needs and present tailored ERPNext solutions. Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Market and Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of ERPNext, its features, use cases, and benefits. Analyze market trends and client feedback to refine sales strategies. Conduct competitor analysis to position ERPNext effectively. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues promptly. Reporting and Collaboration: Track and report sales performance metrics and forecasts to management. Collaborate with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure alignment and seamless customer experiences. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B software sales (3+ years preferred), especially in SaaS or ERP solutions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of ERP systems, SaaS models, and the sales lifecycle. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
