Job Description
- BlitzenX is seeking a highly skilled Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Order Management (OM), Inventory, and Pricing to join our team. This role focuses on ERP practice building, end-to-end implementations, and support activities for Oracle Order Management Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud modules, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities ERP Implementation & Support: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Order Management Cloud, including requirement analysis, design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Provide ongoing support for Oracle Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Shipping, and Global Order Promising modules. Practice Development: Contribute to the growth of BlitzenX's Oracle ERP practice through knowledge sharing and best practice recommendations. Develop and maintain configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials. Independent Execution: Take ownership of project deliverables with minimal supervision. Provide solutions to complex business requirements using Oracle ERP Cloud capabilities. Data Migration & Deployment: Oversee data migration strategies and cut-over activities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Address deployment challenges and ensure seamless integration with other business processes. Collaboration & Communication: Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Offer clear and concise recommendations for process optimization and ERP utilization. Required Skills And Qualifications Oracle ERP Expertise: Minimum 1012 years of experience with Oracle ERP modules, specifically Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Shipping, and Global Order Promising. At least 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management & Inventory Cloud. Expertise in common Order Management integration touchpoints during implementations. Implementation Experience: Successfully executed 23 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Order Management Cloud. Comprehensive understanding of the Record to Report (R2R) business process, preferably within industries such as Industrial Manufacturing or High Tech. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud architecture and Order Management functionalities. Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting complex configuration issues. Hands-on experience with data migration tools (e.g., FBDI, ADFDI). Documentation: Ability to prepare detailed documentation, including configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials. Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation and proactive communication skills. Self-motivated with a "go-getter " attitude and the ability to work independently. Flexibility to overlap with different time zones for global client engagements.,
