Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
Poise, confidence & rapport building ability on phone communication.
Ability to meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of computers.
Responsibilities:
Counseling students and parents about our course over the calls
Out-bond calls as per the leads receive from the support team (Marketing, Admin-support).
Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis over the call.
Guide students on a sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.
Update daily database to CRM.
Individual who is responsible for providing educational career advice, educational support and counselling
Should be able to achieve the desired target.
Evaluate student educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals.
System Updating & Follow up with a prospect who has been counseled already.
Follow and complete the eligibility check of the students database
Integrity and professionalism.
