- Job Description Role : Node.js Developer (1-3 Years of Experience) Position : Node.js Developer Experience Level: 1-3 Years About The Role We are looking for a passionate and motivated Node.js Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in backend development and a keen interest in building scalable, high-performance web applications. As a Node.js Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Node.js and related frameworks. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Design and implement RESTful APIs or GraphQL services for seamless client-server communication. Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and maintainability. Write clean, modular, and well-documented code, following best practices. Debug and resolve technical issues and bottlenecks. Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL to design and manage data storage solutions. Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies, and team discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and frameworks to improve the development process. Skills And Qualifications Core Skills : Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript (preferred). Solid experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js. Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs. Database Management Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e., MongoDB). Familiarity with SQL databases (e., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Development Practices Understanding of MVC architecture and design principles. Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Chai. Other Tools And Technologies Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. Experience with containerization tools like Docker (optional). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (optional). Soft Skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Skills (Good To Have) Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of Frontend Technologies like ReactJS. Experience working with microservices architecture (ref:hirist.tech),
