- Job Details Position Marketing Lead Responsibilities Managing agencies including creative, social, digital, and PR, etc. Mass media planning & execution (Print, Social, Radio, Electronic, TV, Digital, etc). Lead the digital marketing efforts to drive online sales & retention. Prior experience of running BTL activities. Running contests and schemes for field teams. Working with sales on sales materials and customer pitches. Responsible for conceptualizing, formulating, and implementing integrated marketing strategies for developing and positioning the brand to achieve the company's objective. Conceptualize, plan & implement brand & product communication across channels. Planning, developing, implementing, and measuring the marketing, communications, and public relations activities within budget and to a consistently high quality. Strengthening the brand through B2B promotions including marketing materials, trade media, and events, fairs, etc. Monitoring & driving creative ideas for various branding initiatives. Creative communication development along with ad agencies & media rollouts. Identify new opportunities to build the brand through dedicated PR/PR-led campaigns. Create content for press releases & online, execute the same along with the agency. Build & manage marketing properties: On Air, On Ground, Social media. Conduct market research/surveys to analyze customer channel satisfaction index & evaluate the effectiveness. Handle advertising, outdoor, media & PR agencies along with other suppliers & manage their commercials, carry out reviews & audits. Qualification MBA in Marketing. Experience Post-MBA relevant work experience of 6 to 10 years. Competencies Effective leadership skills. Effective planning & organizing skills. Effective communication & interpersonal skills.
