The work: The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams. As a member of the COE Avanade Analytics team, you will equip Accenture people with solutions to meet their sales reporting needs, by: Managing access to tools such as Power BI dashboards, and Anaplan. Assess potential systems issues and bugs in MS Dynamics, Power BI dashboards, and Anaplan. Correcting excessive permissions and gaps in access. Training users on tool functionality. Collaborate with the Analytics COE, CIO DevOps, Avanade sales support and other end users to prioritize enhancement requests and resolve open issues. Promoting tool adoption, in collaboration with the Avanade Analytics teams. Communicating the benefits and uses of tools to end-users Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Tools & Reporting process. Assist the Lead with data visualization and introduce infographics in reporting dashboards to facilitate storytelling.,
