- Job Title - Data Science Analyst S&C GN Management Level : Analyst Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon Must have skills: Gen AI / ML Good to have skills: Experience in decision science projects focused on marketing, supply chain, or sales. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Science Analyst to lead innovative projects and drive impactful solutions in domains such as Consumer Tech, Enterprise Tech, and Semiconductors. This role combines hands-on technical expertise, and client delivery management to execute cutting-edge projects in Generative AI, decision science, and cloud-based analytics. Key Responsibilities 1. Generative AI Expertise Develop and fine-tune models for NLP, Computer Vision, and multimodal applications, leveraging GenAI frameworks. Design and implement evaluation strategies to optimize model performance (e.g., BLEU, ROUGE, FID). Architect deployment solutions, including API development and seamless integration with existing systems. 2. Cloud Platform Expertise Design and implement scalable data science workflows on Azure or AWS for marketing, supply chain, or sales analytics projects. Leverage cloud-native tools for model training, deployment, and monitoring (e.g., SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning). 3. Data Science and Engineering Perform advanced analytics using Python, SQL, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization solutions tailored to business needs. Manage large-scale datasets, preprocessing pipelines, and feature engineering for diverse data modalities. Required Qualifications Experience: 2+ years in data science Education: Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field). Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in Consumer Tech, Enterprise Tech, or Semiconductors. Technical Skills Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and libraries for NLP and Computer Vision (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenCV). GenAI Expertise: Hands-on experience in model development (selection, fine-tuning), model evaluation and optimization, and deployment architecture (design, API/integration design) Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure and/or AWS in data science workflows. Data Science Tools: Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Preferred Skills Experience in decision science projects focused on marketing, supply chain, or sales. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset. Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Additional Information: - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in quantitative discipline and experience in working with Hi-Tech clients - This position is based at our Bengaluru and gurugram office.
