This role bridges product management and marketing functions, ensuring the effective promotion and positioning of Clients products while engaging stakeholders and customers through impactful communication initiatives. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design You will be responsible for Product Requirement Definition which requires a deeply connected product and system design understanding to design new solution requirements (i.e. materials, dimensions, user interactions, etc.) and manage the processes related to the customer requirements for a product (definition, related decisions, realization, etc.) along with the entire PLM. What are we looking for Technical Skills: Strong understanding of product marketing and communications principles. Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic graphic design or video editing skills. Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for storytelling. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. High level of creativity and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams. Roles and Responsibilities: Product Marketing Strategy: o Develop and implement product marketing plans, including positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies. o Collaborate with product teams to ensure a clear understanding of product features, benefits, and market differentiators. Content Development: o Create and manage compelling content for product launches, campaigns, and promotional materials across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media. o Ensure all communications align with Clients brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences. Stakeholder Engagement: o Work with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and marketing teams, to ensure unified messaging and objectives. o Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries and communications within the organization. Campaign Execution and Monitoring: o Execute integrated campaigns to promote products, collaborating with creative teams and external agencies as needed. o Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future initiatives. Market Research and Insights: o Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. o Use insights to refine product positioning and tailor communication strategies. Crisis and Issue Management: o Manage product-related communications during crises or issues, ensuring timely, clear, and accurate messaging.,
