Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual for the role of Industrial Relations at our Surat location. This is a fixed-term employment opportunity at a junior position level, requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience. The role involves managing labor issues, liaising with various stakeholders, and handling grievances effectively. If you are passionate about creating a positive work environment, we encourage you to apply. Qualifications And Skills A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in industrial relations or a similar role. Strong understanding of labor issues (Mandatory skill). Experience in managing grievances (Mandatory skill). Effective liasoning with labor unions and authorities (Mandatory skill). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle conflict and resolve disputes amicably. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Roles And Responsibilities Manage and resolve labor issues effectively to ensure a smooth industrial environment. Liaise with labor unions and other stakeholders to foster healthy relations. Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolutions. Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits to identify potential industrial relations issues. Organize training sessions on labor laws and conflict resolution. Maintain accurate records of all industrial relations activities and interventions. Collaborate with the HR team to implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment.,
