Job Description

    At Max Life Insurance, we are seeking dynamic and experienced HR IT Program Leader to lead and oversee the implementation and management of HR technology solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR systems and processes, coupled with strong project management skills to deliver seamless technology solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of HR technology initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business units to understand requirements, identify solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring service delivery meets the company's standards and project needs. Lead a cross-functional project team, including developers, analysts, and HR stakeholders. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and manage Audit findings and risks related to HR technology initiatives, ensuring potential issues are mitigated promptly. Drive continuous improvement by assessing current HR systems and processes, identifying areas for optimization, and recommending technology upgrades. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in handling employee data within HR systems. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new HR technologies across the organization. Key Competencies/skills Required Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in IT program or project management, with at least 3-5 years managing HR technology projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc. Ability to understand complex IT systems and infrastructure to collaborate with IT teams effectively. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions. PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or equivalent certifications are preferred. Nice To Have Knowledge of cloud-based HR technology platforms. Experience in managing global HR technology projects. Familiarity with data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and HR compliance requirements. Experience in change management and user training initiatives related to HR technology rollouts (ref:hirist.tech),
