Job Description

 

• Application Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, and CMDB.
• Customization: Customize ServiceNow platform by developing business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other configurations.
• Integration: Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.).
• Scripting: Write scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNows server-side and client-side scripting techniques.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues, and improve the platforms performance and user experience.
• Configuration Management: Work with configuration management tools and processes for tracking configuration items and their dependencies.
