    Salary: 17000 in-hand - 21,000 CTC

    Job Summary: The Cigna Renewal Process role involves managing customer inquiries through Mails, invoices and voice call. Responsibilities include responding to customer concerns, resolving issues, and logging interactions. Strong communication skills. The customer service role provides information and assistance to policyholders.

    Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Review renewal details provided by Cigna. 2. Decide whether to renew the policy as is, make changes, or switch to a different plan. 3. Respond to Cigna with any updates or changes to the coverage. 4. Provide information and assistance to policyholders 5. Ensure that renewal materials are delivered on time and are accurate.

    Skills Required: Strong Communication Skills required Technical knowledge and renewal process knowledge required Providing a positive experience for clients, addressing their needs and concerns efficiently. Being able to prioritize tasks and stay on top of timelines is essential. Collaboration and Teamwork to ensuring a smooth renewal process. Quick Adaptability for process knowledge.
