Job Description

We are looking for HR RECRUITER for our consultancy-:

JOB DESCRIPTION-:

Calling the candidates, telling them about the job.

Screens resumes and selects qualified candidates.

Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.

Continuously follow up with the candidates

and providing feedbacks to the candidates.

Preparing the mails, excel.

Coordinating for the follow ups.

Negotiating on the salary, convincing candidates.

helping candidates in joining formalities;

Handling the full recruitment Cycle.

Doing END TO END Recruitment.

We are based in Ashiyana near Power House Chavura
