Role/ Job Title: Territory Manager- Business Loan(DSA)
Func on/ Department: Business Loan
Job Purpose:
The role entails the responsibility of genera ng home loan business through DSAs. It includes
sourcing customers through DSAs & other channel partners to expand Unsecured Business loan
business in that par cular locality/branch.
Roles & Responsibili es:
Sourcing and managing channels from the market and acquiring business from them
Ensuring quality por olio by minimizing delinquency and rejec on
Extensive knowledge and understanding of retails assets, products, opera ons and
current market trends
Iden fying the changing market trends, channel development for acquiring business and
provide high quality customer service
Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the Retail Banking business
to drive opera onal efficiencies and high-quality customer service
Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity,
innova on, compliance and integrity
Create environment for team to focus on automa on and digital enablement to fulfil
customer needs holis cally
A ract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets
Educa on Qualifica on:
Gradua on: Bachelors in Engineering / Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science /
Biology / Business / Computers / Management.
Post-gradua on: MBA.
Experience & profile requirements:
3 - 8 years of experience in business loan DSA market.
This is an individual role & candidate should be ok for individual role
Candidate should have a good base of DSAs & should be doing avg. business of 1.5Cr to
3Cr business/month
Loan ticket size will be 10-50 lakhs
Max CTC: 10.70 lacs/p
