Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment
Monitor and assess children's progress and communicate with parents/guardians
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure smooth operation of the preschool program
Attend parent-teacher conferences and other school events

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field
State teaching certification for preschool education
Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members
