Job Description
- We are looking for a Data Entry Operator for our organization Job Roles are Accurately input data from various sources into our systems and databases. Verify and correct data as necessary, ensuring high accuracy. Update existing data, maintain records, and ensure data integrity. Retrieve and organize data when required by other departments. Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors. Generate reports and summaries as needed. Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols. Follow company guidelines and data entry procedures to meet deadlines. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in data entry is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or related field. Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software. Excellent typing speed and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Familiarity with data privacy regulations is a plus.
