Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and challenges.
- Present our recruitment services and solutions effectively to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitable deals.
- Close deals and onboard new clients smoothly.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful client deliveries.
- Share market insights and client feedback with the team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in sales and business development within the recruitment industry (IT & non-IT preferred).
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
