We at ICICI Lombard GIC is hiring for Agency Manager & Sr Agency Manager @ Bhopal

Role & Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard insurance agents while providing them with regular product and sales training.
• Ensure agents achieve their sales targets and build strong, lasting relationships with clients and fellow agents.
• Oversee the licensing, tracking, and activation process for new agents.
• Maintain ongoing communication with agents, offering continuous product and process training.
• Organize regular meetings with agents, intermediaries, and lead providers, keeping systematic and organized records of all interactions.

Requirement

• - Experience required : 1-10 years.
• - Graduation (Any stream).

Preferred Industries: SAHI, LI, GI, Banking, Pharma, Telecom, Mutual Funds.
