Department: Sales

Job Title: Relationship Manager

Reporting to: Sr Relationship Manager

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience: 2 plus years of experience in sales.

Job purpose: This position would be responsible for meeting the sales targets for vehicles along with all allied services like accessories, Extended warranty etc. with the vehicles sold.

Pre Sales: Lead generation /Test Drives/ Home Visits
Sales: Cars/ Accessories/ Exchange / Finance / Insurance / Loyalty Card etc
Post Sales: Timely Delivery of Vehicle / Providing Quality Service to the customers

KRAs Enablers of Sales

Lead Generation
Enquiry Follow-up all the customers regularly.
Upgrading Sales knowledge to increase conversion of customers through our products
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction long term relationship building

Salary - negotiable with perks and incentives

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
