Reporting to: Sr Relationship Manager

 

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

 

Experience: 2 plus years of experience in sales. 

 

Job purpose: This position would be responsible for meeting the sales targets for vehicles along with all allied services like accessories, Extended warranty etc. with the vehicles sold.

• Pre Sales: Lead generation /Test Drives/ Home Visits
• Sales: Cars/ Accessories/ Exchange / Finance / Insurance / Loyalty Card etc
• Post Sales: Timely Delivery of Vehicle / Providing Quality Service to the customers

 KRAs Enablers of Sales

• Lead Generation
• Enquiry Follow-up all the customers regularly.
• Upgrading Sales knowledge to increase conversion of customers through our products
• Responsible for Customer Satisfaction long term relationship building
