We clearly aim to be our customers first choice. Job Description: Product Specialist MCR and Raise Bore. Support with technical issues, machine performance. Warranty claim. Support CC with test and product development. Product training, Smart 6M, 6 M. Product training for Raise Bore 73 HR. Hands-on training (maintenance) on site level. Up-date training material. Support CC India+CC sweden with information about performance. Qualification, Skills and Experience: Drill experience, Machine knowledge and machine function, drilling settings. Knowledge for machine performance and best practice for maintenance (cost and performance, reliability). Stand in front of class to conduct training. Give and share knowledge for others. Good to find solutions quick and correct, custom care. Key competencies required for this role: Calm, interesting to share knowledge. Communication skills, good listener for best support.
