Proven experience as Production Incharge
Should be able to mange entire production planning
Should be able to meet dispatch schedule
Ensuring products meets 100% quality standards
Knowledge of Performance evaluation
Understanding of safety regulations
Strong production process improvement skills
Knowledge of Five S
Specific Requirements Excellent communication skills and presentation skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)
Experience in ERP/SAP and Excel
Strong organizational skills
Result-oriented mindset
Leadership skills
Excellent team management
Should be preferably Married status
