Job Description
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, cold calling and selling to existing customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with small to medium-sized (SME) businesses, retail outlets, and other target customers.
- Present and demonstrate POS machines and related solutions, highlighting key benefits tailored to the customers business needs.
- Negotiate terms, address objections, and close sales to exceed monthly targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure smooth onboarding and address any post-sale issues.
- Previous POS selling experience in international market preferred.
- Outstanding verbal (with neutral accent) and written communication in English, proactiveness, listening and persuasion skills.
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in POS systems, payment solutions, or related technology products.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills & Problem-solving mindset
