Job Description

Responsibilities

Contact insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims

Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently

Analyze and resolve issues related to unpaid claims

Document all communication and actions taken on claims

Maintain a detailed understanding of medical billing and insurance policies

Collaborate with other team members to improve claim processing

Candidate Profile:

Knowledge of medical billing

Knowledge of Denial Management
