Job Description
- Coordinate the daily dispatch operations for all deliveries.
- Manage and track dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and suppliers regarding dispatch details.
- Verify and ensure that all delivery documentation is accurate and complete (e.g., shipping bills, invoices).
- Ensure that goods are properly packaged and labeled before dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any dispatch-related problems or delays.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch reports, including delivery logs and status updates.
- Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of dispatching software and systems.
- Knowledge of inventory management and tracking systems.
- Experience in customer service or client management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
