Job Description

Lead and manage the operations and maintenance activities of Plant and Facility Operations to accomplish department goals of safety productivity preventative maintenance, and cost management Responsible to undertake Preventive & Predictive Maintenance of Utility area machines and ensure zero breakdowns in Utility
Equipment. Execute Preventive maintenance activity after analysis of breakdown history Monitor and optimize water consumption in plant and ensure various technique to conserve water Monitor and optimize Compressed Air consumption. Arrest air pressure loss by maintenance of compressor and eliminate oil leakage from machines Procure components and critical spare parts and provide a constantly available inventory to ensure smooth operations. Follow-up of Spare delivery by Supplier and make an inspection of material on receipt section Lead and promote the quality culture and continuous improvement, by actively pursuing changes that can reduce cost, increase
productivity or improved quality Involved in the British Safety Council Audit and prepare various Audit reports Attend energy loss in the line and maintain cost control and energy savings Responsible for energy monitoring and power distribution panel maintenance

Anchoring and planning installation & commissioning activities of various equipment planning maintenance schedules for machines and equipment Planning and effectuating preventive maintenance schedules of various instruments to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability
