Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Field Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a self-driven individual who is comfortable spending a significant amount of time in the field, meeting clients, and promoting our IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
1. Proactively identify and search for new business leads through online research, email outreach, social media, and cold calling.
2. Qualify leads by assessing their needs and potential fit with our services.
3. Maintain accurate records of all leads, prospects, and client interactions.
Field Engagement
1. Dedicate approximately 75% of work time to visiting companies and local businesses to introduce and pitch our services.
2. Present IT products and services effectively to potential clients, understanding and addressing their needs.
3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
Client Meetings and Requirement Analysis
1. Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather requirements and explore how our services align with their business goals.
2. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through existing client relationships.
Sales Performance
1. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to management.
3. Continuously monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
