Job Description

We are looking forward to candidates for the profile "L1 - Support (Networking)". Please find below the related details and requirements of above-mentioned job profile. Company Name: Aarushi Infotech, Bangalore. Qualification: ITI - Network Technician or Diploma (Computer Science and Engineering/Electronics and Communications). Experience: Minimum 1 year or Cisco certification/suitable certification Must Skill Sets Basic Knowledge of Router configuration Basic Knowledge of Firewall configuration Basic Knowledge of Switches Configuration Basic Knowledge of Severs - Booting, Installation, Patch Upgrade Understanding of Cabling(data and power) Inventory Control Preventive Maintenance Data back up SMPS replacement Hard disk replacement Should be able to give remote connection to the Central Team - Using Tools like Team Viewer, AnyDesk or any other remote monitoring tools etc Working Hours/Shift It will be 9 hours shift with ( One 15 Min Break each in the morning and afternoon shift and one 30-minute lunch break). Should be willing to work in rotational shifts, if the job demands. If deployed in the site where the routine is 9 hours regular shift, then, On-demand should be able to reach the site within 30 minutes during troubleshooting at any point of the day or night, if it is a critical issue. Language Proficiency required: English(Must)/ Hindi(Optional). Should be able to write detailed mail regarding issues Location: As per list CTC: 19000/- per month. or 2.28 Lakhs per/annum. ( Deductions of Statutory like ESIC, and EPFO will be applicable) Interview Rounds: Initial Screening, Technical Round and HR.
