Plan, conduct BTL activities to boost sales in respective regions.
Build healthy professional rapport with healthcare professionals, Chemists and Stores.
In-depth knowledge of Ethical market
Meet doctors and retailers in an organized manner for CME with the help of the immediate manager wherever required.
Monitoring Daily Work Reports, POB and sales of team every day
Ensure visibility of all lines of stocks at distributors and Stockists location.
Plan, execute & communicate seasonal schemes and offers to distributors/ Stockists/ chemists as applicable
Assist in the preparation of marketing & informational material. Also monitoring distribution of promotional/ informational materials by team
Using sales data to analyze key performance metrics and business trends
Managing budgets and expenses effectively to maintain Sales to marketing expense ratio
Periodic joint calls with Manager(s), Product Manager(s) for visibility of team amongst doctors and distribution channels.
Attending weekly, monthly or quarterly Sales Review Meetings to discuss marketing strategies and team performance
Attending regular training programs for updating product knowledge, selling skills and soft skills
Stay informed about competitor activities and key market trends
Coordinate with product development teams to provide market insights and input for new product development or enhancement of existing products.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Communication Skills in English and Regional Language
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager in the pharmaceutical or FMCG/healthcare industry, with a focus on Ayurvedic products.
In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine, practices, and the Ayurvedic healthcare industry
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, including brand management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and identify trends and opportunities.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders & ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using marketing software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
High grooming standards & strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers.
