Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a freshers/Senior/Lead Business Development Manager at Adventa Tech Inc. The Senior/Lead Business Development Manager will be responsible for implementing business development strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of business development professionals. The Senior/Lead Business Development Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Qualifications MUST HAVE 1 to 2+ Years of working experience with US staffing & recruiting company. Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong networking and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team This role is 100% onsite in Agra.
