We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman to join our Civil or Mechanical Department. Position Overview: As an AutoCAD Draftsman, you will assist in creating and modifying detailed drawings for our projects. Your expertise in AutoCAD will be essential in supporting the design and development processes within our team. In office work roles - Billing and Detailing, Autocad Drafting and Detailing , Quantity Survey, QA & QS, Project Coordination- Follow up Drawing from Architect in time and follow up site activities and works with Project Engineer's Coordination. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers and architects. Modify existing drawings and incorporate changes as required by project updates. Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation. Assist in preparing design layouts and technical drawings for civil or mechanical projects. Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for easy access and reference. Ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations. Qualifications: Associates degree or diploma in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in drafting, preferably in a real estate or construction environment. Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with other design software is a plus. Basic understanding of civil or mechanical engineering principles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Preferred Attributes: Eagerness to learn and develop skills in the drafting and design process.
