We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead our new subsidiary in Indore. Key Responsibilities: Lead and scale the tech team while being hands-on with C#, .NET, Azure, and PostgreSQL. Drive software development using serverless architecture. Build and mentor a top-notch team, ensuring global standards. Requirements: 7+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies. Proven leadership in building tech teams from scratch. Strong experience with Azure, PostgreSQL, and full SDLC. Bonus: Python experience, social housing sector knowledge.
