Nika Online provides matchmaking, marriage-related, and e-commerce services through websites, mobile sites, and applications, including brands like keralamarriage.com, ezhavamarriage.com, and masho.com. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Sales at Nika Online Pvt Ltd. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will involve daily monitoring of sales activities, training team members, and collaborating with other departments to achieve sales goals. Qualifications Analytical Skills, Team Management, and Communication skills Experience in Customer Service and Sales Basic Computer Knowledge Required Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus(2-3 years preferred) Location : Vadakara (Kozhikode Dt),
