Job Description
- Primary: MDX, MOLAP Secondary: SQL, DAX (Tabular) Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, ETL Design, develop, and optimize SSAS Multi-Dimensional Cubes solutions to meet business requirements. Implement robust security measures, including role-based security and row-level security, to ensure data confidentiality and integrity. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather security requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into SSAS cubes securely. Configure row-level security to restrict access to sensitive data based on user roles and permissions. Integrate SSAS Multi-Dimensional Cubes with Tabular models to leverage the strengths of both technologies. Perform performance tuning and optimization of SSAS cubes for efficient query processing while maintaining security standards. Conduct troubleshooting and resolve security-related issues in SSAS cubes and underlying data sources. Document security designs, procedures, and best practices for SSAS development and maintenance. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SSAS Multi-Dimensional Cubes development and security implementation. Nice to Have Skills: Azure Analysis Services, Power BI, SSAS, Power Apps Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in SSAS development, with a focus on MDX. Proficiency in SQL and experience with DAX for Tabular models is preferred. Strong understanding of dimensional modeling concepts and methodologies. Experience with implementing security measures in SSAS, including role-based security and row-level security. Experience integrating SSAS Multi-Dimensional Cubes with Tabular models. Experience with ETL tools and processes, particularly SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering high-quality SSAS solutions on time and within budget.,
