Freon Refrigeration Plant Operator Job in West @ Mifm Operations

Job Description

West Coast Frozen Foods pvt Ltd is hiring for the Freon Gas Operator, who is responsible for the operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems, specifically those using Freon 404 gas and Bitzer compressors. Monitor and operate Bitzer compressors in compliance with safety protocols and operating procedures Handle Freon gas refrigeration systems, ensuring proper pressure, temperature, and cooling levels are maintained. Operate and maintain the mobile racking system, ensuring its alignment with cooling requirements. Inspect system components, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, fan motors, fans, and expansion valves, to ensure optimal performance. Inspect tubing, connections, valves, pumps, and other system parts, replacing seals, gaskets, and bushings as necessary. Diagnose and repair refrigeration equipment promptly to avoid downtime. Safely handle and refill Freon (R404) gas, following environmental and safety regulations. Skills: Extensive knowledge of Bitzer compressors and refrigeration system components.
