Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Power @ CitiusTech

As a Senior Software Engineer Microsoft Power Apps , you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Create and share technical and procedural documentation
• Serve as a single point of contact for Microsoft AutomationDevelopment
• Develop solutions based on defined requirements and clientvision
• Collaborate with Product SME to identify and developSharePoint solutions which improve employee experience, productivity, andeffectiveness
• Design, build, and maintain business process automationusing Microsoft Power Platform
• Provide advanced engineering support of all Microsoft 365(M365) services and related technologies
• Deep experience in proactive monitoring, alert and reportingfor systems, backups and conducting operational/system recovery when necessary
• Plan and execute product SME vision and design solutions.
• Manage ticketing queue for escalation support of technologiessupported
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes andprocedures
• Centrally administer and monitor configuration of all M365services
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, evaluatecurrent and emerging SharePoint, Teams and Office 365 technologies, and recommendsolutions and best practices to senior management

Education :

• Engineering Degree BE / BTech / BCS
• Technical Certifications are desirable

Mandatory Skills:

• Should have Advanced EnglishSkills
• Must have working experiencein SharePoint Online advanced administering for design, permission controls,and reporting/analytics
• Should have demonstrated experiencein Microsoft Power Platform solutions at an intermediate to advanced level
• Strong knowledge of MicrosoftWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Dynamics, Visio, PowerPlatform, Power BI
• Strong customization skillsusing JSON, HTML, XML
• Should have minimum 2 to 3years of technical experience and in-depth skills in developing, supporting,and enhancing SharePoint environments
• Detail-oriented withexcellent customer service skills
• Should be able to multi-task and track the status of multipleprojects and issues

Desired Skill:

• Strong knowledge of SQL is anadded advantage
