Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Monitor project performance using KPIs, track progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Foster strong client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable solutions. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Required Skills and Qualifications 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
