Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our team at ALLNESSJOBS. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for envisioning, defining, and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog to ensure the success of our platform. This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in the USA, and we offer a competitive salary range. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field should have proven software development experince Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the IT industry Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects Analytical and problem-solving mindset Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus Roles And Responsibilities Analyze and prioritize customer requirements Define product features to be developed in close coordination with stakeholders and development teams Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs and business objectives Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives Gather and analyze user feedback and insights to continuously improve the product Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features Monitor and measure the success of product features by defining and tracking key metrics Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in agile product development,
