Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Product Owner to lead the development of innovative healthcare solutions that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of healthcare practices, regulatory requirements, and product management methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding product development from concept to launch, ensuring that all solutions are clinically relevant and adhere to industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Product Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to gather insights and validate product concepts. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating discussions to ensure alignment on product direction. Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring features, enhancements, and bug fixes align with user needs and business goals. Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams. Clinical Expertise: Provide expert guidance on clinical practices, healthcare regulations, and standards to ensure product relevance and compliance. Participate in the design and development of clinical content and training materials. Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales. Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to iterate on product features and functionalities. Quality Assurance: Ensure that the product meets the highest standards of clinical efficacy and safety. Implement best practices in quality assurance and compliance throughout the development process. Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams and external users to ensure successful product adoption. Provide ongoing support to address user inquiries and issues post-launch.,
